Building Survey – Level 3

The RICS Level 3 Building Survey is a comprehensive and detailed inspection, ideal for older or more complex properties, or for those in poor condition. This in-depth report offers a thorough analysis of the property’s condition, identifying defects, potential risks, and recommended repairs. It’s designed for homebuyers who want a detailed understanding of any significant issues before committing to a purchase.

Valuations

An RICS Valuation is an independent assessment of a property’s market value, conducted by a qualified surveyor. This valuation is typically required for a variety of purposes, including Market Valuations, Help-to-Buy Valuations, Probate and more. It ensures an accurate, professional valuation in line with RICS standards, helping clients make informed decisions about their property investments.

A valuation can be added to either of the above reports.
